Unfortunately, I ran into a technical problem at the beginning of the process (on Friday). Despite several attempts, I was unable to grant access to my current account at Erste Bank, only to my credit card account. I then received an email about the rejection, while the purchase was still visible in my account. Yesterday (Monday), I wrote an email to bnpl@instacash.hu, and then Katarina Hegedüsova contacted me by phone that same day and we managed to find out together what was holding up the process. Today (Tuesday), I was finally able to successfully pay the co-payment. I am extremely satisfied with the speed and manner of the assistance, and that my problem was resolved in a competent and cooperative atmosphere. I would gladly give six stars or even sixty if I could, because the way I was treated as a customer during this process stands out very highly, compared to my experiences elsewhere. Thank you!
